HOW IT WORKS
This league uses a ladder-style format, meaning your performance determines where you play from week to week.
Week 1: Players will be organized onto courts based on their current DUPR and/or BCR/Club Rating.
Weeks 2–6: Players will move up or down the ladder based on their previous week's performance, helping create increasingly competitive matchups between players of similar ability.
The goal is simple: win, move up, and see how high you can climb! Prize awarded to the winner!
FORMAT
4 players assigned to a court. Play games to 11 win by 1. 6 games per week.
DETERMINING POINTS
Points will be determined based off a weighted point distribution system.
Points Won % (70% Weight), Game Win % (30% Weight) will be developed into a combined score each week - calculated and tracked in the Paddle Tap app.
Each week players will be re-ranked based on their total points and that will determine where they play the following week.
Sub Policy
If a registered player cannot attend, a substitute may be used. Players must opt in or out no less than 24 hours prior to match day so a sub may be found if needed. Substitutes will be placed on an appropriate court based on their current DUPR, BCR, and/or known level of play, at BPC’s discretion, to maintain competitive balance. A substitute’s results and points will not count toward the absent player’s league standings. The absent player will receive 0 points for that week. Subs must meet the league’s eligibility requirements.
