Refund Policy

Effective date: May 28, 2026

1. Subscription Fees

  • Club subscription fees are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused days remaining in the current billing period at the time of cancellation.
  • Annual subscriptions are pro-rated from the date the cancellation request is received.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • To cancel your subscription and request a refund, cancel via the billing dashboard or contact us at the address below.

2. Tournament Activation Fees

  • Per-tournament activation fees are non-refundable once paid registration is live and players are able to register.
  • If an activation charge is duplicated or fails due to a platform error on our end, a full refund is issued automatically.

3. Player Registration Fees

Club Paddle Tap is not the merchant of record for player-to-club registration fee transactions. Player registration fees are collected by and remitted to the club that organized the event. Refund requests for player registration fees must be directed to the club. Clubs are solely responsible for their own refund policies toward players.

4. Tips

Optional tips collected at player checkout are final and non-refundable. As disclosed to players at the time of checkout, each tip is split 50/50: half supports Club Paddle Tap, and half is returned to the club or event organizer as non-cash platform credit that can be applied to their monthly subscription or to future tournament activation fees. This credit helps clubs and organizers keep costs affordable while continuing to deliver a first-class experience for their players. Because the organizer's share is issued as platform credit rather than cash, it is not exchangeable for a refund or payout.

5. Case-by-Case Exceptions

CPT may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds outside the terms of this policy in exceptional circumstances. To request an exception, contact us with your account email address and a description of the charge. We will respond within 3 business days.
